We are member of the ILO/IPEC Program
on the elimination of Child Labor; Social Protection
Programme for child workers and their education etc.
Our whole production is free from hazards of child labor
and our work locations are externally monitored by IMAC
(Independent Monitoring Association for Child Labour).
Our company has been placed in Group “A”
on IMAC’s performance classification
list. Sublime
is patronizing serveral schools under Universal Primary
Education Program of UNICEF; running
one Higher Secondary School for Girls with boarding
house. Around 4000 students are getting primary education
in 16 Primary Schools being run under a Trust named
Allama Iqbal Educational Foundation sponsored by Sublime
with the aim of opening more schools and keeping this
noble cause.
Our
production and in-house stitching facilities provide
safe and healthy working environment under controlled
temperature including protection from fire, accidents
and toxic substances. Lighting; ventilation; extraction
systems and sanitary facilities are in accordance
with international standards for health; safety and
environment.
Workers
enjoy all legal benefits such as social security,
old age contribution for pension, gratuity, annual
leaves, bonus, group insurance etc. Also all employees
and stitchers get conveyance allowance. All employees
are provided with subsidized lunch and stitchers get
food allowance. Employees are also given training
opportunities.
